Water Park Design

The first water parks debuted in the late 1940s and quickly became a popular destination for families during hot summer months. Almost forty years later, the first indoor water park opened, and since then, entertainment centers with water-adventure activities have grown in popularity around the world. Today, water parks typically feature attractions such as water slides, wave pools, lazy rivers, and splash pads.
